Folios 169-170: enclosure with folios 167-168. Orders dated 23 August 1803 by Admiral Arthur [Nephing] to Mark Robert Kerr. Earl St Vincent orders him to take Lieutenant Golvin, Russian Service as part of the ship's complement as a Midshipman.
