Folios 555-556: George Murray, HMS Duke, Spithead. Requests that Charles Vinicombe Penrose be appointed as First Lieutenant of HMS Duke in place of Douglas, Jonas Rose to be the Second Lieutenant in place of Mr Penrose, and a Seventh Lieutenant Culrose rank in the Navy List is not above the 15 April 1783 in place of Mr Prouse who is appointed one of the Lieutenants of HMS Prince.
