Folios 479-480: James Nicoll Morris, HMS Pluto, Penzance. His ship has completed provisions , except flour, for the voyage to Newfoundland. He proceeded from Plymouth following the orders of 6 April and anchored at Penzance to find that the 10 vessels sailed on 10 April under convoy of a sloop of war, so will return immediately to Plymouth and await further orders. His ship's complement was completed at Spithead on 17 February by a draft of 50 men from HMS Victory, but the men have not yet received their pay.
