Folios 466-467: Amhurst Morris, HMS Terror, The Downs. Sends the enclosed letter and explains that the named men entered on board HMS Terror. He had Admiral Dalrymple's permission to keep them as part of his complement. He recommends them as deserving the Bounty.
Folios 468-469: enclosure with folios 466-467. Letter dated 27 September 1793 signed by William Gealy, Daniel McLaughlin and Edward Ashton to Amhurst Morris, HMS Terror. They have not been included in the Bounty list for HMS Terror, but were pressed from the Thomas, a West India ship, at Gravesend. The Regulating Officer there agreed that if they entered for the service they would be entitled to the Bounty, and they accepted.
