Folios 438-439: Robert Moorsom, HMS Astrea. Requests the appointment of Lieutenant Westbeach of HMS Echo, who wishes to serve as 3rd Lieutenant on HMS Astrea.
Folios 440-441: enclosure with folios 438-439. Letter dated 1 Sept 1793 from Joseph Westbeach, HMS Echo, Spithead to Captain Moorsom. He has heard that HMS Astrea has been commissioned. He remains 2nd Lieutenant on HMS echo and wishes to serve on HMS Astrea.
