Folios 238-239: William Mitchel, HMS Zealand at the Nore. Concerning the lending of 20 men from HMS Zealand by order of Lord Keith to assist in the fitting out of HMS Romney and HMS Imperieuse and that they are given the same indulgence as the yachtsmen who also assisted in fitting out these ships.
