Folios 304-305: James Montagu, HMS Montagu, Spithead. Acknowledges receipt of the letter of 13 May and sends the names of the men turned over from HMS Mutine cutter to HMS Montagu who claim the Bounty.
Folios 306-307: enclosure with folios 304-305. List of 15 men, with rank and age, claiming the Bounty for the year 1790 after transfer from HMS Mutine cutter to HMS Montagu, Captain James Montagu.
Folios 308-309: enclosure with folios 304-305. Letter dated 11 May 1793 from James Montagu, HMS Montagu, Portsmouth. to The Admiralty. Reports that several men transferred from HMS Mutine have stated that they entered whilst a Bounty was being offered, but HMS Mutine was ordered to The Mediterranean, where she has since remained, before they were paid. Requests payment for them.
