Reports that Mr Borham, lately his clerk, has received an appointment to HMS Paulina. He states that he encloses the warrant in order that it may be confirmed.
Folio 600: enclosure with folios 598-599. Admiral Sir Edward Pellew on board HMS Caledonia, Genoa Mole, 26 April 1814, appoints Thomas Watson of HMS Paulina to become purser of HMS Aigle in place of Thomas Mitchell to HMS Brilliant, captured at the surrender of Genoa. The message addressed to William Boreham.
