Folios 596-597: Frederick Hoffman, Ealing Green.
Reports that he was taken prisoner on 3 May 1812 when HMS Apelles was captured near Boulogne. He was tried by court martial on 16 June 1814 and acquitted. He asks to be paid compensation money.
