Folios 338-339: Henry Stuart, HMS Chiffone, Woolwich. Has received the letter and enclosures [not present] and reports that Francis Friend is a foreigner and was impressed out of an Indiaman in Bengal by HMS Albatross and was discharged into HMS Chiffone by order of Captain Mackeller at Bombay on 19 March 1802 and has not received the Bounty.
