Card, marked '94' and typed 'Ebbw Vale branch, specimen tickets, with 5 tickets mounted on front and one envelope [item 37] on reverse:
Four Great Western Railway tickets:
1) Third class single, Cwm to Victoria [Monmouthshire], [series code] S43, 'Revised' fare 2½d, [serial No] 774, buff.
2) Third class return, Cwm to Cardiff via Newport, [printer's initials] WD, 'Revised' fare 7/5, [serial No] 8256, buff over-stamped 'SPECIMEN'.
3) Third class workman's return, Ebbw Vale to Cwm, [printer's initials] AI, fare 5d [fare code] C, [serial No] 7152, blue.
4) Platform ticket, Ebbw Vale, [series code] S1, fare 1d, [serial No] 444, buff with hour numbers 1 to 6 printed in black on bottom, 7 to 12 on top.
One British Railway Western Region ticket:
5) Third class cheap day return, Aberbeeg to Ebbw Vale [Low Level], [serial No] 554, green with black outline 'C' on return portion.
