Cord-bound collection relating to the 'Stephenson Locomotive Society Tour [of the] last passenger trains [in the] Eastern and Western [South Wales] Valleys, 6 May 1962':
1) Card, type dated 15 May 1962, with one ticket on front, buff, [serial No] 0000, for the rail tour showing calling points, and empty envelope on reverse.
2) Typed title note, 25 May 1962 and six typed pages of historical notes on the area, including line-drawn area route map.
3) Typed note, with tour timetable and sixteen pages of description of route.
4) Reprints of Railway Magazine July 1960, route maps and two monochrome photographic illustrations, 'Crumlin Low Level station and Crumlin Viaduct', 'Sirhowy train at Newport'.
