Folios 492-493: John Hudson, HMS Regulus, Little Nore. Reports that only one Lieutenant has been appointed to HMS Regulus & that no Master has joined, it is therefore very difficult for him to manage the ship. Request that another Lieutenant be appointed and that the proper officers may be ordered to join her immediately.
