Folio 481: enclosure with folios 479-480. Letter dated 1 April 1810 by Phipps Hornby, HMS Fame, Port Mahon, to the Admiralty. Covering letter for the enclosed Order from Rear Admiral Sir Samuel Hood and he request this be placed before the Admiralty.
Folio 482: enclosure with folios 479-480. Letter dated 31 March 1810 by Rear Admiral Sir Samuel Hood KB, HMS Centaur, Port Mahon, to Phipps Hornby, HMS Fame. Regarding the survey on Captain Bennet.
Folio 483: enclosure with folios 479-480. Letter dated 31 March 1810 by Rear Admiral Sir Samuel Hood KB, HMS Centaur, Port Mahon, to Phipps Hornby, HMS Minorca. Orders to be Acting Captain of HMS Fame until further notice. Due to Captain [Richard Henry Alexander] Bennet being surveyed and it being absolutely necessary for him to return to England to recover his health.
