'Railway Observer, Supplement No 5, December 1936, reprint from the Royal Leamington Spa Courier and Warwickshire Standard, 13 November 1936', 'Leamington's Doomed Station', by Horatio J Wackrill, 4 pages. Written at the time of the demolition of the original 1852 station, it describes its construction, its opening ceremony including an accident to a carriage, and subsequent visits by Queen Victoria. One monochrome illustration of drawing showing 'Eastnor Terrace, demolished to make way for the GWR station'.
