Object: donation of land and contents for a Home for Aged or Infirm Inhabitants of Whitchurch or Tavistock as follows; part of and estate called Tiddybroo (numbers 191, 193, 194, 195, 196 in the Tithe Map), four villas, no 1 and 2 Court Park, and 1 and 2 Kingston View, and ten cottages called Mrs Marshall's Memorial Cottages.
Charitable purpose: relief of poverty; old age.
