Folios 192-193. Memorial of proceedings in the parliament of Scotland. 26 June. Agreement to address the King about the Glencoe 'business'. Lord Breadalbane's indictment, 27 June. The Debate of precedency between the Earls of Lothian and Roxburgh, 28 June. The Poll Act passed together with four others against blasphemy; profaneness; markets on Saturdays and Mondays; ministers, other than those of 'the legal establishment', baptising children or marrying people. Examination of the orders given by Sir Thomas Levingston relating to Glencoe and whether they were in accord with the King's instructions in relation to which the Master of Stair, Lord Argyll and Lord Polwarth are mentioned. Lieutenant-Colonel Hamilton and Major Duncanson are mentioned in connection with the orders given by Colonel Hill.
