Folios 132-135. [The Duke of Savoy?] to the King. Discusses his plan of marching into France by way of Dauphiné with a large army, of which 3,000 or 4,000 will be refugees. In order for the writer to be able to leave England and draw near to Switzerland without arousing suspicion he requests from the King a cavalry or infantry commission on the German border.
