Folios 277-278. A memorandum entitled: 'An Estimate of the Charge of 74,562 men for the Land Forces for the Year 1693 besides Commissioned and Non-commissioned officers which are yet Comprehended within the Charge. Total charge is £1,162,091 17s ¼d, including forage and contribution. On the reverse of the document is a commentary, setting out the 'reasons for a descent into France'.
