Mentions: Orkeny and Zetland rents; customs and foreign excise; tack duty of the Post Office; Sir Patrick Murray [?of Ochtertyre's] former revenues; Sir Thomas Moncreiff [Moncrief]; revenues of the Muster-master Sir Alexander Bruce; additional poll money and excise. Discharges include: fies and pensions; repairs to castles and garrisons; the Mint; private intelligence; support of the magazine.
