Folio 136. Letter to 'Madame' from [Le Comte?] d'Angouleme, dated at the camp before Charleroi. Notes that all those who caught smallpox went to Mons. Reassures the recipient of his good health. The enemy has not fired a shot despite their reconnoitring the place from quite close by. It is said that there are 4,000 men and 600 horses inside.
