Folio 134. Letter to 'Madame', enclosed with that written by the Prince of Conti to his wife, dated at the camp before Charleroi. The writer came that morning with Monsieur de Luxembourg, Monsieur the Prince of Conti, Rubantel and one other, bringing 30 battalions and 38 squadrons which will stay there throughout the siege. Believes that within 15 days, Charleroi will be theirs. The Prince of Orange has not left, nor his army marched.
