The Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists (ORCL) is an independent statutory office sponsored by the Cabinet Office. It was set up by the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014. It manages the UK Register of Consultant Lobbyists; develops and publishes guidance for consultant lobbyists; and monitors and enforces compliance with the aforementioned Act.
