The Knowledge Transfer Network (KTN) was set up by the Technology Strategy Board in 2007. It later became a partner of Innovate UK. The KTN provides a platform for cross-sector networking, enabling knowledge exchange between a wide range of disciplines and industries.
In 2025 Innovate UK Knowledge Transfer Network was renamed Innovate UK Business Connect.
