Folios 57-58: Thomas Byam Martin, HMS Fisgard, Plymouth. Reports that HMS Fisgard is 33 men short of complement but otherwise ready for sea. Asks for the ship's complement be increased as its masts and yards are nearly equal to a 64 gun ship and consequently very difficult to work.
