Folios 37-38: Thomas Byam Martin, HMS Fisgard, Hamoaze. Reports the Board of Ordnance have directed HMS Fisgard to be supplied with the same weight of metal for the main deck as for the quarterdeck which he assumes is against the Admiralty's intentions as the Officers of the Yard at the same time received orders to fit the ship for 18 pounders on the main deck.
