Description

Folios 280-281. Memorandum as to sending relief to Charleroi, setting out various points and the responses of the Generals to each including: whether to rescue Charleroi; with which troops would such a rescue be undertaken; by what means any food and forage would follow; by which route they would march; and in how many marches they could reach Genappe, being camped at the gates of Brussels.
