Folios 193-194. Information about the troops and the plans for the campaign. Dated at Galop. Notes that the troops of the Elector of Brandenburg will number 14,000 men, not including those of Brabant which would make 20,000. The Elector of Palatine and Cologne promise 9,000 men to the British King; Liege 2,000 and 300 horses and four battalions. Details planned movements of the troops and notes it will be necessary to prevent any boats from going up from Namur to Dinant. Sets out various practical details and requirements, including that: the States General will provide the munitions, artillery, digging tools, wool sacks and pontoons; as much forage as is needed for the duration of the siege will come from the magazines in Liege and Huy; various numbers of engineers, miners and pioneers will be needed.
