Folios 131-134. Letter dated at the Hague from the Prince of Waldeck to the King. Per the King's orders he is sending lists of the quarters brought to him by the Count of Solms and despatches from General Wymbergue, and awaits orders from the Hague. He has begged the Count of Horn to send the campaign artillery to Malines and the large artillery to [Ghent?], but without the King's orders for powder, balls, bombs and other necessities won't be delivered from the Ruhren Committee. Stresses how important it is for these to be sent and why.
