Papers and maps relating to the question of the boundary of the Netherlands possessions in Borneo including: the Dutch encroachments in North Borneo and the Spanish encroachments through their claims over Sulu islands; a UK-German initiative to restrict Spanish claims and a UK-German-Spanish Treaty; problems of granting charter to the British North Borneo Company in view of conflicting jurisdictional claims in North Borneo. Includes survey maps of the North Borneo coastline.
