Folios 197-198: John Maitland, HMS Boadicea, Sheerness. Recommendation that William Goven, late Master at Arms on HMS Baodicea be considered as a candidate for a Greenwich Hospital out pension. Goven has served 12 years but has now suffered a paralytic stroke which has deprived him of the entire use of one side. Goven was foremost in assisting to quell a mutiny on HMS Temeraire in Bantry Bay in 1802.
