Folios 173-174: Micajah Malbon, HMS Hebe, Downs. Regarding the case of Richard Fissenden. States that on board is also Edward Warwick. Both Fissenden and Warwick were pressed at the same time at Gravesend and appear to be brothers but as their names and circumstances are so complicated it is impossible for him to say which is Richard Fissenden. The one by the name of Edward Warwick was proved to be a deserter from HMS Sussex.
