Folios 161-162. Memorandum for the King, dated at Culenburg. Referring to a letter of the Council of State as to: magazines for the supply of Namur, Charleroi, Aeth, and Oudenaarde, in respect of which orders have been given to arrange matters such that there is no shortage of bread; Mons. de Dyckvelt and arrangements for the waggons providing food during the winter, which have been slow - the Count of Solms has been asked to fix this with M Dopf for Liege and neighbouring locations; implications of the enemy making significant provisions on the Meuse, Thuin, Binsch, Monts and other border locations; plans for campaign and siege artillery; Marshall Flemming having withdrawn three of his battalions from Liege and not responding on the matter of the 6000 men to be given reciprocally following the Maastricht convention of the previous winter; correspondence with or reports from M de Heernskerck, Marshall de Schoning, M de Heekeren and the Count of Solms.
