Folios 139-140. Extract of a letter from Baron Heckeren to the Prince of Waldeck, dated at Cell [Zell]. Relates the result of an interview with the Bishop of Munster; he found him quite unwilling to fall in with any arrangements. Refers to the peace with Turkey and his belief that it will still be some time before this can be achieved. Speculates on the outcome of a conference between the Comte Platen and the Commander Simsingh at Yborgh which lasted four days.
