Folios 82-84. A letter from the Elector of Brandenburg to the Prince of Waldeck, dated at Berlin. Extract from a letter relating to military affairs in Luyck [Liege]. Annexed to this is a specification of the troops, which the Elector of Brandenburg would hold in his Army between the Meuse and Rhine in the winter of 1691, following the Maastricht Concert/Agreement, wishes in the case in question to let the allied troops cross the Meuse under the command of General Heyden.
