Folios 68-69. A letter from the Prince of Waldeck to the King, dated at Ninove. He has received from the King the communication of his Imperial Majesty's [the Emperor Leopold I's] intention. This intention is praiseworthy and necessary, but he does not consider that it can be carried out without a good number of English troops. It is important that these troops are ordered to march as soon as possible. [PS. Luxembourg is set to march tomorrow towards Ipperen [Ypres?] but Waldeck considers it better to stay and station themselves there than to go to Gaveren and ruin everything up to the gates of Ghent without any plan or use. Also details changes to the winter quarters of certain regiments.]
