Description

Folios 383-387: Medical Department - appointments: Dr. T.H. Suffern has accepted position as Senior Medical Officer; Dr. W.V. Tothill will accept permanent employment as a Medical Officer of Health; Mr Vandervent has accepted post as Medical Officer; no candidates for Medical Officer available from Ceylon and urges steps be taken to fill existing nine vacancies.
