Itemised expenditure, including: court messengers; Mr Methwin; Earl of Marlborough; Captain Smith; and East India goods. Appropriated or reserved items: navy loan; benevolence for captives; coinage for the Mint; K C 2nd [King Charles II's] servants; and the poor of St Martin's.
