Folio 119. A letter from Count Tserclaes de Tilly to the Prince of Waldeck, dated from Liege. Recent operations around Dinant can only be aimed at Liege. Notes his limited troops and asks if the troops currently between Linter and Léau can be advanced with orders to throw themselves at Liege at the slightest sign of a strike. He awaits the two Brandenburg regiments, having advised them yesterday. Has sent the reports he received yesterday to Baron Hayden so that he can share them with the Counts [d'Hosel?] and [de la Lipe?]. Encloses a report received since the writing of the letter. If the enemies wanted to target Namur they would not need this quantity of waggons given the Meuse, so he cannot believe that they have this in mind, but possibly Huy or Liege.
