Folio 91. A letter from the Prince of Waldeck to the King. Encloses information from the Count Tyly [Tilly], and reports that a man from the country below [Giblou?] has told him that yesterday at midday Bouffleur crossed the Sambre with a large corps of cavalry and infantry and camped at [Ballene?] between Namur and Charleroi, where the Duke of Luxembourg had camped before and after the [Gernex?] affair. The parties and spies Waldeck has outside confirm this movement. He will bring together as many troops that are in the neighbourhood to form a corps, pulling out the troops from Tirlemont. It appears that Boufflers' movements are not tending to a siege, albeit the locations of his posts could allow a plan for Namur and Charleroi, as for [Hous?] and Liege. The corps assembling in Flanders could have the principal plan and this but a faint. He will review everything with the Count of Solms and the Generals that are there.
