Folio 101. Memorandum that 20 ships of the line are arming at Brest; there must be some extraordinary plan in train. It is thought that they are to go to the Mediterranean. Then follow the names of the 20 ships. Since the above news was sent, no other tidings of these vessels have come to hand. So it is not known whether they have put to sea or not.
