Folios 187-188: Robert Lewis Fitzgerald, HMS Triton, [Plymouth]. Reply to letter dated 27 March 1802, and inform that a Survey on the Gunners Stores was taken the day after I wrote to you and I enclose a Report of the Survey.
Folio 189: enclosure with folios 187-188. Report of Gunners Stores deficient belonging to HMS Triton as was found by a Survey held on 27 March 1802. [List with 14 items].
Folios 190-191A: enclosure with folios 187-188. As ordered by Rear Admiral James Richard Dacres. We whose names are subscribed have been on board HMS Triton have taken a strict and careful Survey on the Gunners Stores remaining on board said ship. [Four sides of double foolscap].
