Folios 253-254: Thomas Masterman Hardy, HMS Ramillies off Port Royal. Reports sailing from Port Royal to Negul with the homeward bound convoy leaving Captain Coe of HMS North Star as the senior offficer. Adds that HMS Brazen arrived on 3 February and sailed the next morning to the Commander in Chief and that the Francis Freeling packet brought the Decemner mail on the 10 February and the Araxes convoy came in yesterday. Captain Bligh proceeded with the ships destined to the North side of the Island and indicated he would reach Port Royal in a few days.
