Folios 595-596: Alexander Fraser, HMS Diana, Spithead. Following Admiralty's instructions to proceed to sea, advising that he will bring the convoy from the Downes. He also encloses a list of Merchant Ships who have recently taken Convoy instructions from his Ship.
Folios 597-598: enclosure with folios 595-596. Abstract of the Number of Merchant Ships bound to the places under mentioned- under Convoy of HMS Diana, dated June 1799 by Alexander Fraser, Captain HMS Diana Spithead to the Admiralty. Total number of 27 Ships giving the number of vessels travelling to the following individual places - Jamaica, Martinico [Martinique], Trinidada [Trinidad], Demarara, St Lucia, Tobago, St Kitts, Nevis, Tortola, Antigua, New York, Providence and Madeira.
