Folios 566-567: Percy Fraser, HMS La Nymphe, Plymouth Sound. In reply to the Admiralty's letter querying the number of Lieutenants required, reminding them of his previous letter regarding Lieutenant [Henry] LLoyd's ill health which included a certificate from a Carmarthen surgeon as confirmation. Also, as HMS Fly is at Portsmouth, he mentions that he shall not be able to join Lord Bridport [Vice Admiral Alexander Arthur Hood - Commander-in -Chief- English Channel]] for some days as were his previous directions.
