Plaintiff: Sir William Cavendish.

Defendant: William Carle, John Burley, and others, inhabitants of Cheshunt.

Subject: Resistance to survey of waste land at Northaw for the purposes of enclosure, and illegal assembly at Cheshunt.

County: Hertfordshire.
