A memorial concerning the plot [Jacobite Montgomery Plot] to return King James [II] to Scotland and England, entitled 'A full and faithful account of the conspiracy William Earl of Annandale was with others engaged in against the government written from the Earl's own mouth by Sir William Lockhart and delivered by the Earl to the Queen's [Queen Mary II's] most excellent Majesty'.
