An unsigned letter [from Queen Mary II] to the King [William III], dated at Whitehall [Middlesex], referring to her intention to attend the 'great council', with the Lord Mayor [Thomas Pilkington] and aldermen [of London] in thanksgiving for their regiments. Mary also refers to: a proposed trip to Hampton Court [Surrey]; a meeting with Mr Zulestein, who has apparently been sent by William; and the storm raging the throughout the day.
