Mentions: Swedish ships [detained in the Downs on suspicion of being bound for France] and Mr Hop's opinion of the matter; Mr [Edward] Russell recommending 'flags for' [or, appointment as admirals for] Churchill and Elmore; Kensington [Palace, Middlesex] which 'looks really well' [following renovations]; and Lord Dursley.
