Description

Folios 283-284. A memorandum, dated at Treasury Chambers, Whitehall [Middlesex], with revenue estimates of £164,251 2s 4½d up to 1 November 1690. Expenditure of £157,678 0s 0d is estimated: for the subsistence of the forces under the Earl of Ranelagh, including the English forces in Holland, and those likely arrived from Ireland; Monsieur Schulenberg's bills; and an unpaid bill from Vaudois. Signed by: John Lowther, R [Richard] Hampden, and T [Thomas] Pelham.
